Hi I’m Hannah - I’m a Mum of three and a Hypnotherapist in Reading, UK.
My career has been wide and varied, but latterly I worked for 10 years as a Midwife within the NHS. Having seen first hand the amazing benefits that hypnotherapy brought to birth I decided to look more closely at hypnotherapy. In 2014 I left Midwifery and re-trained as a hypnotherapist - from there I created the Calm Birth course which now has teachers around the world and serves thousands of families. I also work one to one with hypnotherapy clients to help them overcome obstacles in their lives.
I believe very strongly in the power that hypnotherapy has to help us overcome any obstacle or achieve any dream - the power of the mind is just phenomenal.
I have an informal approach and my goal in life is to help you feel the best that you possibly can, and to give you skills to take away to use to build upon.
